Christmas Eve was a splendid combination of scripture readings from Preston and Tim Stewart, caroling, hymns led by Stephen Bither on the piano, an inspirational message from Pastor Kathleen, the candlelight singing of Silent Night” and fellowship afterward with refreshments provided by the Braun family.

Worship began with Christmas caroling outside by candlelight.

Linda and Bob Webster led the lighting of the Christ Candle in the Advent Wreath.

Carol Hubbard’s Christmas mural of God’s light coming into the world, focusing on our church, was displayed behind where the choir sits.

Preston Stewart read scripture passages along with his father Tim.

This year’s singing of “Silent Night” included hanging candles with the stars.
