Post-Christmas morning in the barn
On a cold Sunday, the morning after traditional celebrations of Christmas, a small group of our congregation and friends gathered in Nick and Nicole Tammaro’s Cape Elizabeth barn to pay tribute to the birth of Jesus in a most-appropriate setting.
Sitting on bales of hay and standing next to pens holding cattle, participants worshiped, sang carols, listened to scripture, and enjoyed fellowship under a bright yellow star in the center of the barn’s rafters.
