New class continues Sunday
Regina Wilson is leading a new Adult Education Class on Sundays at 9 a.m. in the Sunshine Room.
The seven-week series of classes will follow Branson Thurston’s book “Jesus, God’s Epiphany to the World.”
It is not necessary to have attended the first class to understand the subject matter for future classes.
These classes are open to the public, everyone in the congregation, and their friends.

Feb. 6: The Crucifixion: A Prayer and a Cross
Feb. 13: The Ressurection: From Jerusalem to Emmaus and Back
Feb. 20: Opening Acts: Discovering God’s Power
The author of the book being used in this study, Branson Thurston, is a Christian educator, writer and editor. He holds a Ed.D in Religious Education from Syracuse University where he was a Leddon Fellow and an instructor in the Department for Religion. He also holds a M.Th. from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, and a B.A. from Southwestern University in Texas.
