Rest in Peace, Ginny

A memorial service was held at the Cape Elizabeth United Methodist Church on Thursday, Aug. 2 for long-time church member Virginia Emily Merrill Jorda. We knew her as Ginny.

Ginny was born on April 25, 1926 and passed away on July 29, 2012.

I come to the garden alone

While the dew is still on the roses

And the Voice I hear falling on my ear

The Son of God discloses.

And He walks with me, and He talks with me.

And He tells me I am His own;

And the joy we share as we tarry there,
