Festive time for church and community
The church’s annual Jolly Snowman Christmas Fair — even without snow — was another success for both the church and the community, raising money for church operations but also strengthening outreach and fellowship for all who came through our doors.
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped in so many ways and also thanks to all who attended and took part to make this a festive beginning of the Christmas season.
A special thanks to Fair Organizer Gail Parker, Silent Auction Coordinator Jaymie Chamberlin, Lobster Roll Luncheon Chef Terry Keezer, Chief Wreath Decorator Shirley Maxwell and Financial Wizard Jim Tammaro.
With a year to go to the 2018 Jolly Snowman Fair, we are looking for volunteers to come forward and take on the roles of fair organizer and lobster roll luncheon coordinator. Gail and Terry have held those roles for the past four years and need someone else to assume the responsibilities.
