Honoring St. Francis of Assisi
Our church’s 15th Blessing of the Animals in the Outdoor Chapel on Oct. 6 brought together dogs, a cat, and a goat to be honored and blessed by the Revs. Priscilla Dreyman and Mary Jane O’Connor-Ropp. The blessing was a celebration on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and the environment.

The Blessing brought together members of the church and the Cape community with a range of well-behaved dogs, a cat named Simon and a goat named Ruby.
