Merry Mainers

Weekend camping

The Merry Mainers are the Maine branch of the National United Methodist Campers. The group camps together on one weekend a month during May, June, July and September.

If you have a motor home, a fifth wheel, a travel trailer, a pop-up, or a tent, we would love to have you join us.

The group gathers at the selected campground on Friday evenings for a dinner together and then quality time around a campfire. On Saturdays, different activities are planned, including hiking, miniature golf or just relaxing in the woods, followed by a pot luck supper and campfire in the evening. On Sunday mornings, devotional time is spent together at one of the camp sites before check-out.
